Our Quality Improvement Program called V.I.P. (Vision for Improving Performance) focuses on ensuring that our team meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of all our residents. We monitor delivery of care and services and, through many sources including Resident/Family Satisfaction Surveys, learn which areas our residents and families would like to see improved.
Lanark Heights Long Term Care is fully accredited through the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation, an organization that ensures we meet national standards of excellence.
