Lanark Heights Long Term Care has 5 distinctive neighbourhoods, each home to 32 residents. In keeping with our Forest Heights location, they are aptly named Maple, Oak, Pine, Juniper and Chestnut.

The Lanark Chapel offers multi-faith services, a resident chaplain and the opportunity for private reflection and spiritual comfort. Our outdoor patio, courtyards and secured balconies are natural gathering places and offer views of our neighbourhood scenery.

The health, safety and well-being of our residents is the focus of our professional, interdisciplinary care team. This provides resident care with an emphasis on promoting each resident's strengths and abilities within a homelike environment.
- Lanark's medical advisor and attending physicians provide medical care and support
- We offer a restorative care program to strengthen and enhance mobility
- Family and personal counseling services are available with our full time social worker
- Complimentary services include foot care and ADP assessments
- Lanark residents and/or substitute decision makers are invited to participate in the care process
